Cracklin’ Corn Crunch

I have always freeze dried corn to have on hand at any time, as it’s a convenient and long-lasting snack option. It’s not something I would typically snack on regularly, but having it available means I’m always prepared.

One day, I was at a gas station stop, searching for some snacks for a road trip we were taking. I spotted my all-time favorite corn nuts snack but, unfortunately, they didn’t have a flavor I enjoyed, so I had to pass on buying any.

This experience sparked an idea to take my freeze dried corn and create my own favorite flavors at home. That’s how Freeze Dried Cracklin’ Corn Crunch was born. This corn packs a fantastic flavor punch and a satisfying crunch.

I’ve crafted several varieties, including Seasoned, Ranch, and Little Spark, all of which are now available. After sharing with family for taste tests, my sister-in-law even started adding some to her salad as a crunchy alternative to croutons. For those who are unable to have gluten, this is an excellent substitute that offers the same satisfying crunch and flavor.
